“From the start of our communication it was obvious Chrissy was professional and really cared about the dogs she looks after.
The dogs are transported in a van with separate crates so not all the dogs a thrown in together and she makes sure the new dogs she takes on are suitable for the group

“When I first met Chrissy I was impressed by her thorough approach to finding out about the personality & needs of my dog. Roxy adores her (rather too much for my liking!!). The Daily Diary updates are great for keeping me in touch with what Roxy has been up to and the photos demonstrate what a fun time she has. In addition, Roxy’s recall has improved no end since walking with Chrissy. I am able to go to work secure in the knowledge that Roxy is looking forward to her walk and that she is being well looked after. “Chrissy has been walking my 10 year old Lab/Retriever cross for some months, since I was first given her. I am unable to walk any distance now, so it was essential that I found someone who was reliable, energetic and with whom the dog would enjoy going out on long walks. I am delighted to say that Chrissy fills all these categories. As well, my dog’s general behaviour has improved a great deal and I find her more easy to manage on the short walks I am able to do. “Chrissy walks our Boxer, Natty, 3 times a week, every week and we are absolutely delighted with the service. Chrissy is reliable, trustworthy and very professional, taking time to get to know each dog she walks to ensure that they are happy and respectful in each others company. “Chrissy looks after our one year old Bernese Mountain dog, Wilma, twice daily to prepare her for group walks when a little older and a little more confident. From the very start, Chrissy has been professional and is clearly knowledgeable about dogs – she’s very calm, understands how to communicate with them and has good training techniques all of which are helping to slowly bring Wilma out of her shell. “Delighted with this service, Chrissy worked with my dog through a difficult time when she became untrustworthy off the lead, helping me with training and working together on solutions. She is now trustworthy off the lead again and behaving much better, such a relief and very much down to Chrissy’s consistent working with me and with the dog and the excellent communication always putting me in the driving seat with her training. Teamwork is a big deal with Chrissy and this is why we have come through so well. Brodie has been walking with Chrissy since she was 16 weeks old and is now 6 months old – they formed a firm friendship from the outset. Chrissy has also been a positive behavioural influence on Brodie. Chrissy takes a little bit of time on each walk to do some training drills with Brodie and this has had a marked effect on Brodie’s obedience. I am a happy daddy with a happy puppy!”

“Chrissy was involved with our new puppy even before we brought her home as she offered valuable advice on puppy development and training needs and has helped us as a family start off on the right foot with our gorgeous Wheaten Terrier, Freya. Chrissy has been doing puppy home visits helping Freya with toilet training, socialisation, some early puppy foundation training and of course cuddles and care for Freya! This has progressed to puppy 1-2-1 walks now Freya is a little older and Chrissy gives training and socialisation tips from each walk while Freya enjoys a foray out to the local park with on her visit days. We are delighted with the knowledgeable care and support Chrissy has provided – and of course Freya loves her and can’t wait to join the group walkies when she is old enough!
